 A House League sponsorship is $450.00 for the season. If you are interested in being an AMHA Sponsor, please fill out the form below. You will receive a response shortly. You can also print out this form, fill it out, and mail it (with a cheque) to the address shown below. Please make all cheques payable to “THE AJAX MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION”.
